Bebe

Bebe is a very sweet, easy going, calm dog. He spends most of his day quietly resting in dog beds or on the stairs in the sun. He enjoys playing with small, soft toys, and will toss them around on his own or chase them if you throw them for him. Bebe likes the company of other small dogs but does not antagonize them to play. He would do well with a companion or on his own.

Bebe LOVES to eat and gets very vocal and excited during meal preparation. He also loves to go on a walk every day and will IMMEDIATELY relieve himself as soon as he’s leashed and outside. Bebe enjoys spending his walk sniffing his neighborhood.

Bebe is pretty well house-trained and will let himself outside if he can, or look for a pee pad when he can’t. He sleeps well through the night, under the covers. Bebe enjoys being cuddled and doesn’t mind being picked up and carried but will let you know when he’s had enough with squirms and squeaks. Occasionally he will snap to let you know when he doesn’t want something but he has no teeth and is harmless.

Bebe is somewhat reactive on leash to large dogs but is easily redirected with treats, and is not aggressive. He has not been cat tested but has been quiet and friendly with children in the area (as long as they are not on rollerblades/skates/bikes which scare him.)

Bebe is a very nice, even tempered dog who would do well in almost any household but would probably prefer a quieter home since he is a senior dog. Bebe has no teeth left and will need a soft diet for the rest of his life. He is currently eating Just Food for Dogs.
