Corona (Kona) was surrendered to us by a lovely human who could not keep him as she was moving to senior housing that did not allow dogs.

Kona is an absolute sweetheart and love bug. He loves people and gets along with other dogs, although he may be a little intimated at first, he warms up quickly. He is non-aggressive and will spend a few minutes cuddling with you or playing with toys before going back to a nap on the floor. He’s also house-trained — zero accidents in the house!

As Kona is a Maltipoo mix, he is low shedding and seems hypoallergenic. He’s great on walks and so happy to just be spending time with his human. He currently whines a little bit in the crate, but is getting better with each day. Kona would be an excellent companion dog in basically any household, including one with other pets and kids. He is also a master of puppy dog eyes and SO ridiculously cute!
