If any dog has a sense of humor, it’s Dizzie, a favorite of his foster family. He’s the smallest male of his litter (his mom is Willow, in the 2nd pic). Despite his size he is strong with a scrappy tough-guy exterior that hides the sweet lover boy within. You could have a long chat with Dizzie and he’ll listen attentively and only interrupt to give you licks.
