Dolly

Meet sweet Dolly! Poor girl has had it rough. She was originally adopted from SEACCA shelter but then ended up at another shelter where she was adopted and now has been surrendered to us. Dolly needs to be in a house with a secure yard and in an adult only household (no kids). She is a major flight risk and will try to dash out the door if given the chance so extra caution has to be used. Because of her fears she really just needs a patient person to give her some time and stability in her life.

Dolly is pretty timid and fearful of new people and is especially fearful of men. She will bark and lunge when she sees a male. She also has some leash aggression toward other dogs and people, so needs someone that can help her overcome her fears so she doesn’t feel the need to protect herself or her person. She is house trained and loves to cuddle next to her person, but is not quite ready to be picked up.
