Dottie

Dottie is a sweet but shy girl who can be very timid at first but comes around quickly with patience and some space. Dottie absolutely loves belly rubs and affection but she is too timid and shy to be in a home with children so NO KIDS please. She really needs a nice calm home with people who can take things slowly and give her space.

Dottie can be a bit of a barker with outside noises, but as she gains more confidence and comfort with her new environment, we think this will improve. She does also bark when she sees other dogs and some people on walks, but it’s just for attention. She does have separation anxiety but we are hoping this will improve as she gains independence as well.
