Glitter Girl needs a quiet and calm home with someone that is home often and can give her the structure, boundaries and space she needs while she learns to trust. Her person also MUST have a home with a yard. Glitter is a sweet, very independent girl who loves to play fetch, meet new people and play with toys. She is good with dogs that give her space, and is also good with cats! Unfortunately though, her past gave her some trust issues so she needs to have her space and doesn’t like to be fussed over. So, no kids for this little gal please.
Glitter Girl is both house-trained and crate-trained and loves to take walks (preferably shorter ones though). She does tend to resource guard her food so she will need a confident owner to work with her on that (by hand feeding her) because she has a food involved bite history and that helps. She also has some separation anxiety and will bark when left alone and in her crate which is why she won’t be a good pup for apartment living.
