Grady was dumped by an owner who had too many dogs. He is a friendly and sweet boy who likes to be petted and picked up. He is people and dog friendly. He is playful. He has a little limp on his front leg.
Foster update: Grady’s stay at the shelter traumatized him, and he gets nervous at first but all in all, he is a total sweetheart who needs to regain his confidence. He’d do best in another home with a dog. The dog should not be incredibly dominant and needs to be one he can easily play and bond with. He is exceptionally good with my dog, Harley. He can be fairly independent in the sense that he doesn’t mind laying on the floor while you are on the couch as long as he knows you are in the same room. With my dog Harley keeping him company, he hasn’t shown a great deal amount of separation anxiety at all. He does have a tendency to want to chew on cords but, with a simple redirection he stops. He does listen and is submissive. He is a wonderful dog.
