Hogan was rescued from an extreme hoarding situation and is on his way towards a full recovery! Though he needs your help in matching with the perfect family! Since he has never been walked, Hogan struggles on the leash and can be a flight risk. Though he is socialized with other animals. Hogan needs a family with a lot of patience and affection.
