Indy is a very sweet girl with a sad past. Seems she has been used for breeding in the Korean dog-meat farm, and therefore, must have witness a lot of reasons mistrust humans.
She is (understandably) very fearful of strangers, and even at home, she is afraid of people approaching her straight on. But with that understanding, she can be quiet an easy dog. She likes playing with other dogs, she is friendly towards the cats in the household, she plays with toys, she LOVES her crate, she is housebroken, she is not a barker, she is gentle, and when she trusts you, will come to you for affection and play. Whoever wins her trust will fall in love, as long as they are PATIENT. This girl is SO worth the wait.
Indy needs another confident easy going dog in the home, because this puts her at ease, as well as a very SECURE FENCED YARD, because she is still learning how to walk on a leash. SHE MUST LIVE IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD as a lot of hustle and bustle still scares her. Ironically she’s not afraid of vacuums and lawn mowers or the like though. Young kids will likely frighten her, and a home with a lot of strangers coming in and out will not be a good fit for her. It is especially important that ALL members of the house (even kids) have to be incredibly responsible with securing doors and gates to keep her safe from escaping. Overall, she’s a sweet sensitive girl, with a gentle demeanor. She deserves the very best.
