Jasper is a Yorkshire Terrier Mix (Yorkie).

Foster update: He is a major cuddle bug! He constantly wants to be in your lap or around you in general. If he is in his crate overnight he will bark to tell you know he has to potty. He does well on a leash and loves to go up to everyone we walk by to say hello. He loves giving kisses too! He also can jump very high. He’s a great little doggie.
