Jasper

Jasper was rescued from a hoarding situation where over 25 dogs were being kept together in a small RV. We leapt into our rescue mobile to help him and many more of these dogs. Once in a foster home, Jasper began having shaking seizures. He has seen a vet and upon their recommendation is now on phenobarbital. Jasper is a sweet lap dog who loves to cuddle. He’s a bit shy initially, but once he warms up, he’s your shadow. He loves a belly rub, and he prefers to snooze near his people. He will get bursts of energy and zoom around the yard, and he loves small stuffies that he can chew and toss. He does well with other dogs and tolerates the kitties in the home. Jasper requires twice daily Phenobarbital pills as he is prone to seizures. He needs some basic training but is quickly learning his potty training and leash walking.
