Hi there! I’m Lupin! I’m a one year-old, male Siberian Husky who loves everyone! Currently I weigh 65lbs, but my foster mom is trying to fatten me up a bit cuz I was a bit too skinny when she rescued me. I was found wandering the highway in Southern California by a good Samaritan. They kept me for a few days, but no one came to claim me so they took me to a shelter in Downey. I waited for a month and no one came for me ????. Luckily, my foster mom saw that my time was almost up and rescued me just in time! She took me to the vet and found out that I am healthy other than being a bit malnourished, which we are working on. My foster mom says I am the goodest boi and I’ve learned so much in the three weeks I’ve been with my foster family. I am great with and love small humans and big humans and dogs. I love playing with my foster brother, but I’d probably do better with a bigger dog since he seems to get annoyed with me pretty quick. I’m not allowed to be around cats though because I like to chase them. My foster mom got me neutered and I am micro chipped and ready for my forever home! I would love to be in a home with another good size dog that I can roughhouse and play with. I absolutely love to play! I need a little work on my leash manners, and also some recall training because I do like to run! Someone who has experience with huskies would be a good idea, since my foster mom says I am a typical husky. I really hope my forever home is out there somewhere because I am ready to give them all my love!
