Mirabelle

Mirabelle is a sweetheart looking for her forever home. She was brought to the shelter as a stray with lactating nipples, which made it seem like she had recently had puppies, but it turned out to be a false pregnancy. She’s been a wonderful foster dog—housebroken, walks well on the leash, and very people-friendly. She can be a little timid in new situations, but warms up quickly and does great with both men and women. She loves being close to her humans. Mirabelle sleeps quietly in her crate all night and is dog-friendly, especially with small, playful dogs—she would love a little buddy in her new home. She can be a bit unsure around bigger dogs at first, but would likely do well with a calm, gentle larger dog. Because of her small size, a home with no small children would be best.
