Paco had a rough start, he was found on the side of a road in Mexico unconscious and paralyzed in the hind legs. He was rescued by Bean’s Beagles and has been living in a foster home with a rehab vet tech for 6 months now. Paco has come a long way, from no mobility to active motoring in his hind limbs. He has a dedicated rehab team that is optimistic he will walk on his own in the near future.

In order for Paco to make continual improvements he will need an experienced owner that is able to keep up with his training and rehabilitation.

Paco is quick to learn new tricks and has many up his sleeve already; it is important for him to have daily mental stimulation as well as physical activity. He can go on short hikes or walks assisted with a special Help ‘Em Up Harness or cart – He loves nothing more than being outdoors. He has a friendly demeanor and is always looking for new friends

He currently attends Beach Animal Rehabilitation for hydrotherapy, physical therapy, and acupuncture to help his hind limbs regain function. Contact Christina if you’d like to meet Paco and see if he is the right fit for your home!
