Bella was found by a good samaritan and her chip was still registered to Dogs Without Borders. Turned out she was adopted 10 years ago, and we were able to find her current owners. She will remain a hospice foster and will be getting a dental soon. She is a favorite among the staff and is truly the sweetest senior around.
