Philly is an adorably friendly and soft 2 year old guy who was rescued from a hoarding situation. He is people and dog friendly. He really relishes the company of other small dogs and would thrive in a home with a furry buddy. He is house trained with access to a yard but needs to learn other basic skills like leash walking. Philly was rescued from a hoarding situation and so is still learning about structure, love, and life in the outside world.
