(no cost to you) Yes No Foster Agreement If I choose to adopt my foster dog, and am approved to do so, I understand that the adoption fee is $400 for adult dogs 1 year-10 years, $325 for senior dogs over 10 years, $450 for puppies 6-months to 1 year, and $500 for puppies under 6 months.
