(no cost to you) Yes No Foster Agreement If I choose to adopt my foster dog, and am approved to do so, I understand that adoption fee is $325 for adult dogs over 1 year, $375 for 6-12 months old puppies, and $425 for puppies under 6 months. The adoption fee is non-refundable.
